What to expect at your first visit here at Evergreen Chiropractic Center

Patient Forms:

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you. We will request that you complete our patient forms in our waiting room. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Consultation:

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Richard Piorkowski to discuss your health-related problems and concerns. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Richard Piorkowski to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

Examination:

After your consultation, Dr. Richard Piorkowski will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

Treatment & Conclusion:

After he tells you about your diagnosis he’ll then walk you through the treatments he has chosen to best get you feeling better as quickly and safely as possible.  This may include spinal adjustments, physical and physio therapy, and/or soft tissue massage.  Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime. All in all Chiropractic is a safe, effective and enjoyable therapy.
